Refund Policy

Welcome to the mobile phone application, Pricyfy" (Application) & pricyfy.com (Website). The content of the Application is the property of Pricyfy Technologies Limited (the Company). The Company is in the business of providing personal assistance to users through a technology based interface connecting experts/sellers and consumers of products and services via the Application or on any other media format or channel for the purpose of carrying out the business of the Company (the Services).

Your use of the Application and the Services is governed by the following terms and conditions (Refund Policy). If you do not agree to these Refund Policy, you cannot use the Application.

By using the Application, you signify your agreement to these Refund Policy as well as the Companys privacy policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference herein. These Refund Policy set out the legally binding terms of the Services as well as the Refund Policy of the Application.

For the purpose of these Refund Policy, wherever the context so requires, you or your shall mean any natural or legal person who visits the Application and/or transacts business on the Application and/ or uses the Services by providing registration information. The terms pricyfy.com, Application, we, us, our shall mean the Company.


Our priority is to offer you world class services. We understand that to run a successful business, customer satisfaction is must. So, we at Pricyfy always keep on efforts to provide our customers a hassle free and convenient platform to recharge mobiles and pay bills. We believe in providing quality services to our customers. But if any how, you face any issue or failure during mobile recharge or payment of bills, we feel apologized and serve you with the Cancellation and refund policy.

If in any case, you pay recharge amount, but your phone does not get recharged, we commit you to refund your money as soon as possible. If in any case, you want to cancel your order of recharge or payment soon after the payment, we may cancel your order only in case your mobile does not get recharged or your bill payment does not reach to the third party.

No cancellation is accepted if your payment is sent to the third party. If your money is deducted from your bank account, but your phone is not recharged within 24 hours, you can mail us at info@pricyfy.com in which you must include your email id, transaction id, order number, mobile number/ DTH account number, the recharge amount. Our customer executives investigate the incident and if it is found that money has been deducted from your bank account, your money is refunded back to you within 1-3 working days after the date of receipt of email however please note that bank may take up to 3-5 working days to credit the amount into user’s account.

Who can get a refund?
Pricyfy gives refund if payment is successful, and payment is credited to Account but user is not able to get recharge.

How to request a refund?
Fill in the Customer Support form and mention clearly your current balance and what problem you are facing with recharge. Please note that banks take 3-5 days to process the refunds.
